Refund/Payment Policies
╰┈➤Full refunds will ONLY be granted if I have not begun work on the project at all.╰┈➤Please only request refunds in the case of financial emergencies.╰┈➤Refunds will NOT be granted for sold adoptables or finished customs.╰┈➤I reserve the right to cancel/refund a piece I feel I cannot or will not complete.╰┈➤Payment is upfront only.
DOs and DON'Ts of Art after Purchase
YOU MAY
╰┈➤Use completed artwork as decoration for personal socials or pages.
╰┈➤Send the artwork to other artists as references.
╰┈➤Purchase merchandise for personal use only. I.E. Pillows, blankets, etc. (Hitting me up first would be great! I wanna see!)
YOU MAY NOT
╰┈➤Take credit or remove my signature/watermark.
╰┈➤Resell my artwork in commercial purposes. I.E. Stickers, merch, shirts, prints, etc.
╰┈➤Change or alter my work after purchase, even to update character accuracy.
╰┈➤Use my artwork with AI in any capacity.
Desings and Characters, RULES
YOU MAY
╰┈➤Redesign the characters (without altering previous artworks).
╰┈➤Resell/trade characters (no cool-down)
╰┈➤Offer to sell characters/designs back to me. No promises I will accept but it may be worth a shot.
╰┈➤Use the character for commercial purposes (selling artwork, stickers, etc) as long as the art of the character does not belong to me.
YOU MAY NOT
╰┈➤Sell designs or characters for more than they were purchased for (unless other art is included in the raised price).
╰┈➤Take credit for or refuse to credit me as original designer.
